Great report my friend. Thanks for the info. I didn't know that LTTC had spent the last year aggressively beefing up Cellmate and video visitation and arraignment devices and service. That's awesome. Basically what I think you're saying is that they just laid a great foundation and it's about time for the profits to pop. If that's true then I'm doubling up my kudos to the Alpine team for finding this one. And if you're saying that LTTC will be net-net profitable even with the ridiculous cost of sales and G&A they have going on, then I think we're really going to see some good results once Alpine gets in there and slash, slash, slashes away all that nonsense. My feeling that LTTC will make a great subsidiary in the Alpine portfolio just went up a few points.

As far as the share exchange being better than one for one, I suppose anything is possible. But that doesn't seem realistic considering the relative share prices of Alpine vs LTTC. At today's prices, a share of LTTC stock would have to increase 2100% to equal the price of an Alpine share. Plus I don't see any business rationale for Alpine to pay a premium for a company that's basically in bankruptcy. We'll see how it all shakes out, but I'm sure the LTTC board will be realistic and realize current LTTC shareholders will need to take some cuts. Otherwise it's just not worth it to Alpine IMO.

Anyway, that news above about the big device and service expansion over the last year is great news. Plus this thing about acquiring the secure platform falls right into the Alpine business model. It's just like the picture Alpine included in the announcement they sent out for the LOI on LTTC. They're buying the puzzle pieces and putting them together. I'm seeing more and more that the Alpine team isn't kidding when they say they're buying subsidiaries that compliment one another, even when on their face they sometimes seem to be polar opposites.

What else can you share about the platform and fusing the network of sensors? I'm curious to hear more about that if you have any info. Thanks in advance!
