I think the answer you want is management.

The answer I give is that the science has not been validated.

The truth, I believe, is a combination of both, as management has been responsible for the defitinitve scientific answers.

If definitve statements are forthcoming then what?
What if the collaberations come through?
Then what?

The worst part as I see it about the BOD is the PAY.
