Does revenue from HSN hit immediately? I don't know how it works... do the funds go to HSN and then they pay them later to SFOR or do the funds go straight to SFOR and SFOR pays HSN their share? I don't know... curious.
why ACS own SFOR if the second quarter revenue is too low? Do you have information about the deal between SFOR and ACS, or you are just guessing? What you posted does not make sense to me.
I don't think they (ACS) get's all the money... Maybe 80-85%, because per the purchasing agreement SFOR will get 15-20% in perpetuity for any and all future sales on certain products.
Not unless ACS deferred payment until the money from the contract(s) is in the bank. Remember Kay said he wouldn't PR any contracts until the money comes in.
