We extending the Maxgro transaction further to complete due diligence and valuation as well as prepare for post acquisition operations we will give an update announcement tomorrow or Thursday to let our shareholders and investors know

If you read the 8k it does state very specifically that they can extend the negotiations date if mutually agreed upon , which they are doing , this deal is going to happen and im pretty sure Henry wants it bad , 30 million in revs instantely applied to the books
