mCig has always spoken of Solaris as a separate project being built by a separate company. I spoke with Dave, PNTV's new investor relations guy yesterday and he confirmed that it's being built next door to GLF. The Solaris site was an open field. GLF is fenced in and secure. I'm sure Solaris/mCig didn't want to store their construction materials in the open so it makes sense that they would contract with GLF, perhaps for some rental payments, to store materials on their property during construction. Other than that I don't know of any other relationship between GLF and Solaris, although I wouldn't be surprised if Mark and Brett had some of their own money in the project. The price tag is pegged at over $3 million and I don't think PNTV has/had access to that much money in addition to what they need to complete GLF. JMO
