Because one of those documents was filed by Lee and the other was not.

Just for clarity it was iTalk Lease Management, LLC & not iTalk, Inc.

The Plan (as well as the disclosure statement that describes it) does not mention that on
May 30, 20117, ILM filed Articles of Amendment with the Florida Secretary of State purporting
to change ILM's name to United Mobile Solutions, LLC.
