So why would Lee file a legal doc in Florida on 5/30/2017 saying he is involved with iTalk Inc after they say on BK court doc 164 filed 05/16/2017 that Lee resigned? Seems a bit deceiving to me?

Upon execution of the Agreement, Lee was elected as the President of Italk and appointed to serve on its board of
directors. After being informed that deal could not close, Lee resigned from Italk. David F. Levy is the Chief
Executive Officer of Italk as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Treasurer, and secretary. Richard Dea also
serves as a director of Italk. Neither Levy nor Dea are involved with UMS as of February 2017. Both individuals
understand that the agreement will be rescinded.
