I do not know why the deal was canceled and have never claimed that I do, I am only referring to the 50 or 60 posts that responded to yours announcing the deal was dead.

Go back and read the responses to your post. They are all 100% claiming MIGME was debt heavy.

That's the information I passed on to our friend down under.
