Great review. However, I question that changing the exchange would de facto increase the liquidity of any stock. I would describe the stock as "closely held" at this point, unlike 1-2 years ago. IMHO,the only thing that will increase liquidity now is major price appreciation, so that those tying up many shares feel it is time to sell. And I don't see much of that happening below .025 - .035, or 2-3X current daily range.
