In all fairness, it's one day, if it closes below .01 today and manages to move back up tomorrow(or this week) then the 30 consecutive days starts over, but there's no way this is being uplisted within the next 30 days anyway. I think it's being a tad bit blown out of proportion, but it's certainly not good for the chart and investor confidence and that .01 cliff is very scary, if it falls then look out below
