I feel you and again the only reason the topic was brought up was because of our share count and our CEO saying NASDAQ is the goal. With our share count, we can not get to 4 dollars. That's close to a 2 BILLION valuation which we will not be able to sustain anytime soon and Roger seems to want to get to NASDAQ ASAP. The shares need to be cut one way or another and seeing how our CEO wants to get to 4 dollars he will cut it and he DOES NOT have the money for a buyback and he CANNOT retire as many shares as needed to get us low enough. That's where RS comes in.
