Anyhow Bobby submits his first, and last 10K in Dec 2011. Reporting a $1,343 loss for his big time fund before going delinquent.

The SEC takes 3 yrs to get it delisted in 2014.

In the meantime, Bobby is enticing investors to invest in his fund. Amazing how these scammers can operate with impunity. Now he has graduated to the Microcrap pinky market where anything goes.

Note that particular stock mentions Paladin Worldwide as one of the names. Ritch has used various forms of that name. Has filings in Nevada. Believe all set up about the same time on 2007 but revoked soon after.

I saw elsewhere another of those blank check companies on a wayback filing as well - think it was "lightwood".

I'll have to go back and see if he was doing the same thing with that one.
