realc, you just don't get it. The ONLY issue that matters in this entire fiasco is, did SCG have the legal right to terminate the Tubercin sub license agreement with HTTD OK & T-19 OK? Hurley clearly ruled, citing solid case law, that SCG could legally terminate the sub license agreement & rightfully awarded Tubercin marketing rights to SCG. All your BS means NOTHING as the appeals court will affirm Hurley's very sound findings of FACTS. However, you can rejoice in the fact that this SAME sub license termination clause is included in the ATKJ Tubercin sub license & as long as that continues, NO entity will fund ATKJ. Tubercin & ATKJ will remain in limbo AFTER the appeals court AFFIRMS Hurley's ruling because of the idiot Shinn.
