Hurley mentions fraud and indicates that he does NOT believe a word said about the Debentures .. soon he will understand exactly why he didnt believe a word said about the Debentures not to mention the varying amounts that changed during all the multiple Sublicense agreements submitted in discovery not to mention others than may have been discovered since that time from other sources .... Hurley clearly mentions Fraud in two separate area's of his opinion that directly associate Shinn's name with them as well as Fiduciary duty .. so anyone reading this board .. get the Opinion letter from Hurley and read the Fraud statements .. as a Judge of the Federal court although Hurley was not addressing Fraud directly within the complaint of the LAWSUIT ... a Rule 60 will force him to do so ..
