yeah that dump by JMJ Financial is done. we are seeing a little bounce back now that the extreme amount of downward pressure that was imposed by JMJ is gone.
If the deal truly is called with mig (i believe it's dead), which only Goh has allegedly stated, then I imagine they are gonna follow up that disappointment with some sort of financials. Since then they clearly won't be in safe harbor anymore as they arent actively involved with merger negotiations. but who knows.
