Exactly, $ICNB does NOT meet the closing bid price requirement to apply for uplisting at this time, so all the talk about .01 closing is not relevant to the daily trading anyway, but it doesn't matter at all... Until Rich releases AUDITED FINANCIALS and starts filing SEC FILINGS, like 8k's, we aren't going anywhere anyway...
So, let's hope he will:
1) Get the financials out by the Aug. 15th deadline - not after the 5 day extension
2) Tell investors when the AUDITED FINANCIALS will be filed... Doesn't have to be exact, but last we heard was "end of Q2 - beginning of Q3".... well..??
3) Release a PRESS RELEASE with financials, and tell us what he expects for Q3 and Q4 this year, and when he expects the uplisting to happen.
4) Finally, it would be nice if he could announce a modified deal where he and his girlfriend would not be getting half of any buyout but maybe reduce it to 25 to 33%? He deserves to be paid for his hard work, but investors deserve to be paid for taking the risk to hold his paper...
That's all I'd like to see :-)
