Looks like split is cancelled.

They corrected the articles of amendment on 7/17. Now watch p 3. original http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20171517677&masterFileId=20101351412 and correction http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20171536161&masterFileId=20101351412 AS is 500 million instead of 510 million and no mention of FS anymore.
