Hopefully the top dogs will see that they will plateau at some point. Spreading seed at the right time, with the right amount of water, right fertilizer...those young plants trying to break through the dirt will sprout green things when trained properly.
At the rate our jobless rate dropped around here, surely those fat cats will start to see the light. I spend 3 hrs a day with suggestions and training fine skills for our new help. They think I'm being difficult. I do my best to be constructive and nurturing...
