First the lawsuit, TAUG and the Defendants and the Insurance Carrier have agreed upon a firm to evaluate damages. This firm is very big and very expensive, they worked on the Valeant case.

Prior to trial TAUG is launching the lip balm first. Pretty sure the first trial run will be to about 600 stores in the Tri State area.

Next is M&A...That is where the growth should happen
