You do need to admit its strange they are allowed to trade shares. By they I'm mean everyone who owns shares. When SSE when thru the same type of chapter 11 a couple months ago they got a cease order day of finale verdict. Then the shares became a restricted position. There was no 2 month long trade buffer. PS they is anybody who is not you or I as long as it is you I am addressing. lol
