Debt on loans. If they can do a debt to equity swap that is a good thing. Basically they would pay their debtors with shares instead of cash. I dont see lenders doing this if there is no value in the shares.
If i am reading the sticky correctly, this issuing of shares had to be done in order for this while deal to work. In order for LRS to have shares to purchase, according to the warrants, they had to issue more. I know on te surface, people see 10 billion more shares hitting the market and they freak out and sell. Those that are chill took a step back connected the dots. This looks like a win imho
