Isn't it risky for a company to be paid in stock? Couldn't they just turn around and R/S then dilute?

Especially a non current otc?

I'm a holder of several mil. Just not see how to interpret this and don't want to get left holding a bag like I have been for months on another...

So what do people think this will do to the price will it hit 1 how or will she stay stead in the 2-4 range until we get news on accepted system with additional units being purchased?
