DBMM was a good candidate for this process and hearing. It's business for everyone. Judge will let perry off the hook this time. It's pretty clean stock compared to the rest. Go DBMM
lol, why?? Is responding to multiple violations and lying to the SEC an art? I never saw a company this stupid. They never filed form 3's which legally discloses them as officers, AND they tried to block one of their own noteholders by not being current. I never saw a company dumb enough to admit that to the SEC.
If DBMM did not respond, they would have simply been revoked. Now they will be revoked, fined and lord knows what else. Sheer idiocy.
