LOVE that you have the goal and charity ideas all set! My partner and I started talking yesterday about finances and charity donations/work stays we want to do once this investment reaches that point for us!
We were really focused on donations at first, but tnow are leaning heavily on going places to volunteer/help out...Surprisingly we don't need too much to own our house 100% and absolve all debt, freeing us up :-)
