Spinoff comments: When people see what Roger is about to do with AMFE, they're going to be lining up stacks of $$$ to buy the spinoff on day 1.... the supply/demand will be extremely powerful right out of the gate imo.
Roger might purchase multiple companies under the new ticker, just like he did with AMFE and spin them off one day... if he keeps bringing interest to new spinoff tickers, we could see him do this many times. Other companies would love for Roger to take them public and help get funded... most Pennyland spinoffs suck, because they're done by crap management, with very little know-how and no investor/$$$ following.
We are all part of the equation. If he keeps the magic going for multiple tickers, longs will continue to support him... and it will be an amazing ride for all involved.
I think hes doing this perfectly as well, by leaving the Snakes and GRO3 subs together for now and issuing shares for the acquisition under a new ticker. He's been looking at companies to purchase for months, so this is not something he hasn't been planning... It would probably be best if any additional acquisitions under AMFE were support/expansion companies for Snakes and GRO3... like a USA distributor(s) for Snakes, or the company they're researching that will assist in franchising infrastructure, etc
