you know legally they have to tell shareholders that they have issued some notes in return for cash.

it is clear today that there is dilution going on, but supposedly the "stellar" CEO never informed shareholders about it. in fact i remember a post here in the last few weeks where the CEO denied via an email or something like that, that there is dilution and it was only a former insider dumping shares. we all know now that that was a lie!!
