A company gets the cash right up from, the company themselves doesn't dilute to open market. You sell a bunch of shares to someone, they pay you, and then they convert them like they are doing now.

Simply put - no matter how long VNDM and BMIC dilutes, ABHI (or any company in this situation) already has all the money. VNDM and BMIC are converting the shares ABHI gave them in exchange for money sometime in recent months according to new OS. Numbers. That's just how dilution works.
