Sorry looked like they acquired 50% interest in the U.S. patents of Saint Brand Cannabis. Which Saint Brand Cannabis holds the patent on the Canna-Dart... I believe

Kiley Group Inc. (OTC: KGRI) has recently acquired 50% interest in the U.S. patents of SAINT Brand Cannabis, which provides for KGRI 50% of all net compensation received from any third parties from any utilization of the patents.
