These companies often put a misleading headline in their prs. The body of it always gives more detail. As it turns out, they only acquired interest in the as yet unproven patents not the company itself. The body of the pr goes on to only discuss the Cold-Grow patent. So, there's a question of whether the use of patents, plural, is also misleading.

I can see a possibility of the Cold-Grow, but then I know nothing about the subject. However, the Canna-Dart to me just seems ludicrous.
