It's procedural. This is the PROCEDURE that happens with every single SEC 12k suspension, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.

Most do not respond at all, so the judge just effects the order without a hearing date. In DBMM's case, it is EXACTLY the same. DBMM vanished, so the administrative hearing was cancelled and the SEC instructed their staff attorney to REVOKE REGISTRATION.

This is ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL boilerplate SEC regulation
