Hanks has the connections to get legitimate financing with approved permits. If permits get approved, I personally believe the notes taken out this year will never get converted and the OS will remain the same for all phases. This will then become a perfect buyout candidate. It's hard not to get excited but I am patient and can wait it out. Nothing goes straight up, every challenge has some bumps, but I sure do like what has happened ytd fundamentally with this one.
