Very logical assessment. However I do not believe any 'takeout' would happen until the full refinery is approved. That would be mid next year. In the meantime the distillation until will get built to start producing diesel for fracking fluid, naphtha for refineries as well as bottoms for refineries. All of this would add cash flow and reflect in the pps as future cash flows imo.
Question: I've been looking to see what happens to your shares if a buyout should occur. I've read about cash buyouts at the current PPS or reduced shares of the new company totaling the cash value, just hard to pin down anything..
