What to expect near term...

The opening of Snakes location #3, Dividend spinoff + acquisition, Gamestops initial order, other retailers placing orders, BvB exclusive game launch in Canada, exclusive international expansion for one of the hottest games ever (Cards Against Humanity), additional Gro3 deal(s) (per Tweets/PRs), JOINT PR with Nintendo, A larger Cineplex deal, a large poultry plant contract (See Tweets), 20 mil share retirement, first publishing deal, location #4 being selected and this isn't even everything... Most, if not all of this should happen near term.... and some unexpected topics could be announced as well

We wont see a high of this run for many weeks imo, just like the last two (7 and 6 week) bull runs. Too many major growth catalysts are coming to a head and who wants to be on the sidelines for the next Q report? What if he drops some monthly revenue reports?

There will be dips, but with higher lows imo... This is not your typical penny, the DD EASILY proves it.

This is the BEST time to find an emerging small cap... They are past the ultra risky emerging/startup phase and entering the rapid growth phase. Theres real billion+ dollar valuation potential here. Do the DD, do the SIMPLE math...

Distribution Arm, Fulfillment and Online Sales (Q1 to Date & Guidance)

In Fiscal 2017, the Distribution Sales Team identified a starting 2000 potential accounts as new immediate targets for distribution sales. The sales team has now reached a total of 500 accounts of the targeted 2000 with multiple new orders to be shipped in August and most of these new accounts being opened in the month of July being fiscal Q1 2018.

The Sales Team has accelerated their efforts to close the remaining 1500 of these initially targeted accounts, which has become a smoother process as the brand increases in visibility and more exclusive distributorships are obtained.

Exclusive distributorships are expected to substantially increase the fulfilment business even further into Fiscal 2018. Management is currently working through the required logistics and planning to expand distribution further internationally.

We have received orders of approx. $1,500,000 in distribution and fulfillment sales in July already, being our fiscal Q1. Given the increase in the distribution and fulfillment division in the first weeks of Q1, management expects an extremely high growth revenue based Q1 financial statement with exponential year over year growth, delivering exceptional value to our shareholders.

This division just received an order for two shipping containers of product, approx. 32,000 units of games the company holds the exclusive distribution rights to in Canada. This single order was received from Amazon and is valued at over $650,000 CAD. This order is over and above recently announced orders. This shipment will be fulfilled in August to both their Ontario and B.C. warehouses.

This division will play a large part in our efforts and expectations of the company at least doubling revenues over the next twelve months.

Thus far into Q1 of Fiscal 2018, we are already hitting revenue figures that exceed the revenues of entire quarters of Fiscal 2017. Our management team is very pleased to say the least with the results thus far and the trajectory that the company remains on into Fiscal 2018. As we look into Fiscal 2018 with eager anticipation and excitement, we would like to once again thank our loyal shareholders for their support throughout this overwhelmingly successful year. We will continue to work diligently to increase shareholder value throughout Fiscal 2018.

Single months are surpassing entire quarters now. Thats monster growth!

BvsB DD: Only those us following all these little details closely, see whats coming together

There are exciting things one will notice about this stock, with just minor DD, but its the nuts and bolts that really prove its value.

For example, the recent news told us that we have landed Bears vs Babies (even without saying it outright, yet), which is the 3rd best Kickstarter game ever ($100,000 from 2nd best)... and its worth millions to us in just the first few months of having it available, due to all the shelves that will need to be stocked for the first time.... and no doubt retailers will want it. Its the MOST anticipated title in a growing sector!

...and we already have exclusivity on the #1 KS game (Exploding Kittens), which did $50,000,000 in the first year!... BUT, we did not get exclusivity on Kittens until recently.... and even though it has been on the market for 2 years, we are still landing huge retail orders for it.

Bears vs Babies will be the first exclusive title Snakes has had during the games launch, which is HUGE!... but who would understand this DD, other than those of us following it closely?!

New retailers are nice, but this is another RED HOT item we can sell to all of them. We are the ONLY company they can buy it from in Canada... and possibly other countries as well.

Cards Against Humanity DD: AMFE is the "exclusive" distributor in Canada now, including all sales through Amazon

Most people that buy at Amazon do not leave reviews and there are 36,000 of them and 5 stars for the USA site... and this does not include the Walmarts, hobby stores, etc that also move copies... EVERYONE that buys a copy in Canada will now be stuffing money into AMFEs coffers, even if they buy from a competing big box store, hobby shop, etc... AMFE fills everyones orders and they sell directly to the end user as well.

... and there are expansion packs coming out all of the time, which many of these customer all jump on = more $$$

-----------------
From the recent PR...

Snakes & Lattes has also secured exclusive distribution rights throughout Canada for Exploding Kittens LLC, which was one the single most successful game on the Kickstarter platform, and the third highest grossing venture in the platform's history. It has also secured exclusive distribution rights throughout Canada for Cards Against Humanity, which has quickly become one of the most popular party games to date. Further, Snakes & Lattes is in discussions to become the exclusive distributor for Watch Ya Mouth, a major release title of 2016. To facilitate the shipping and sales growth of these exclusive distributorships, inventory in the warehouse was recently increased to accommodate the demand. Snakes & Lattes has also set up a new partnership with FedEx in order to streamline logistical processes, improve efficiency and decrease costs, while increasing and improving reach to customers throughout Canada and the United States.

Snakes & Lattes Inc. has received its largest purchase order to date from Indigo Chapters and will be supplying approximately 10,000 units each of a number of titles we hold exclusive Canadian distribution rights to, including Exploding Kittens, Cards Against Humanity, Joking Hazard and Watch Ya Mouth.

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=74401511

Who is Chapters?...

Heres the new retailer they supply now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapters

Chapters quickly changed the face of Canada's book selling industry. Previously, companies like Coles and Smithbooks had many small stores. Chapters built large box stores with a much larger product selection. Chapters provided chairs and couches for their customers, as well as Starbucks coffee shops, and did not discourage reading inside the store. The company became Canada's largest book retailer, with 77 superstores branded as Chapters and more than 280 mall-based stores under the names Coles, SmithBooks (formerly the Canadian branch of W H Smith), Classic Bookshops, the Book Company, and Active Minds. However, the SmithBooks, the Book Company, and Classic Bookshops names have been gradually phased and locations rebranded as Coles stores in recent years. Canada's first book superstore, Toronto's World's Biggest Bookstore, once part of the Coles chain, was also owned by Chapters and had continued to operate under its original name.

New/3rd Snakes location (coming soon):

This corner location will grow the brand significantly imo. No doubt this place will get packed like the others... Just the retail sales from all the foot traffic in the area could really boost numbers for the new location, along with all the other added amenities, like a full/catering size kitchen, outdoor seating, Snakes On The Go event planning, 2 bars, etc...

Its near the busiest intersection in Canada, within the 4th largest city in North America..

Management estimates revenue growth of approximately $3-$4 Million by year end after the opening of the new location.

Read close: Amfil Technologies Inc. Announces That Our Snakes & Lattes Inc. Subsidiary Is Finalizing a $1.25 Million CAD Purchase Order for a Popular Game Title That We Hold the Exclusive Distribution Rights to Canada, Partial Shipments on the Total Order Have Begun

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 24, 2017) - Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC PINK: AMFE) is pleased to announce that our Snakes & Lattes Inc. subsidiary is in the final process of closing a purchase order with a large name-brand box store to sell approx. 50,000 units of a single title we hold exclusive distribution rights to in Canada. Partial shipments towards the total order have begun. It is estimated that Amfil Technologies Inc. will realize an approximate total revenue of $1.25 million CAD from this one purchaser for this one specific game title.

It is estimated that this retailer will be able to move approximately 50,000 units of this particular game title on an annual basis and will therefore be placing recurring orders through us accordingly moving forward.

They will also be purchasing other game titles in which we hold the exclusive distribution rights to and we are in the process of finalizing the number of units and price points on these additional titles. It is in the process of opening a third location at 10,000 sq. ft., the largest to date. Snakes & Lagers Inc. is also the procurement officer of all existing and future Snakes & Lattes Inc. franchises and has the exclusive rights to sell franchise locations globally. 2). The EcoPr03 GROzone Antimicrobial System was jointly developed between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi, Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today. This environmentally-friendly solution also eliminates odors, while slightly reducing the air temperature, lowering energy consumption by the HEPA filtration and HVAC systems and could potentially allow for a facilities process to be labeled certified organic in the U.S.A. when the crop is no longer considered illegal on the federal level, otherwise "Clean Green" or "Certified Kind" in the meantime. The EcoPr03 GROzone Antimicrobial System recently passed product review by a registered USDA certifying agent for use in California as well as Pennsylvania and surrounding states. More information on this product line can be found on the www.grozone.biz website.

3). Interloc-Kings Inc. is a hardscape construction company servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This subsidiary is an authorized Unilock installer, Unilock being, North America's premier manufacturer of concrete interlocking paving stones and segmental wall products. Interloc-Kings Inc. has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a 10/10 rating on homestars.com. Specializing in stone and wood installations between $5,000 and $150,000 per project, Interloc-Kings Inc. has quickly become a top, high quality installation company of outdoor living areas in the GTA. More information on this subsidiary can be found at the website www.interloc-kings.com

Snakes DD: And why is Snakes being selected for all of these "exclusive" deals within this Billion+ dollar North American sector?

Many of the hottest new games are coming from smaller/Kickstarter funded companies now. They dont have the distribution capability, customer service, contacts, etc like a Hasbo... and many of these sector rookies turn to Jamey Stegmaier for advice, whom ranks Snakes #1 in Canada (see below)... hence EXCLUSIVITY! There is no need for them to deal with any of these other BORING distributors... Snakes is the COOL kid on the block with game cafes! They hold developer night and people from around the world come to showcase/test their games under the Snakes Banner. Even Nintendo is contacting them now...

Recently, BlogTO.com named the Snakes & Lattes College location the best late night café in Toronto. Further news included fulfillment blogger Jamey Stegmaier with Stonemaier Games, the most influential blogger within the boardgame fulfillment sphere, naming Snakes & Lattes the best fulfillment house in Canada. This coincides with an increase in fulfillment campaigns in 2016, and a projected major increase in 2017. Finally, Snakes & Lattes has partnered with three of the largest fulfillment houses in the United States, these being funagain.com, Gamesalute and CoolStuffInc. Snakes & Lattes will soon be in a position to fulfill the Canadian orders from these three houses.

The Exclusive Distribution Rights means that Snakes & Lattes Inc. will be the only authorized distributor for Cards Against Humanity in Canada as well as for the secured global regions and will fulfill all orders made for the game to those areas. The newly secured regions will be disclosed in the near future.

Snakes & Lattes Inc. recently received a very large order from Indigo Chapters for a shipment of Cards Against Humanity, among other games. Management anticipates this to be just the beginning of large purchase orders for this popular game title, and as a result, increased revenues is expected from fulfilling orders throughout Canada and from the secured international regions.

Snakes & Lattes Inc. has recently hired an expert with many years of experience to lead the sales team for the distribution side of the business. They have also hired a new warehouse manager to coordinate and manage the increased fulfillment demand relating to the exclusive distribution of game titles including Cards Against Humanity. More on this to come shortly.

Nintendo DD: Snakes could start selling Switch units soon and they sellout everywhere within minutes. No one can sustain inventory!... and its possible that Snakes will also get preferential treatment on inventory, since Nintendo will be paying them to market...

People can try one at Snakes, then buy one. A $300 product would be a nice upsell, not including any Switch games/accessories they might add to the order...

We could also see partnerships with the actual companies that make games for Switch. Konami, Activision/Blizzard, etc...

They can collect $$$ from Nintendo for showcasing/marketing Switch, then collect for the specific game(s) they will be featuring... Along with retail sales!

Is there any doubt as to why Nintendo wants to market at Snakes?! Its the perfect venue to promo/sell something like this. Gamers go there to game!

...the snowball continues to gain heft and momentum.

Nintendo Switch

We previously announced that we had been approached by Nintendo Canada's marketing department to help promote their new Nintendo Switch. We will commence this working relationship by hosting 'Nintendo Switch Nights' and beginning large scale promotion of the Nintendo product line, whilst attracting a new market segment to the Snakes & Lattes Inc. locations for the hosted game nights. We are looking to kick that marketing and promotion of their product line off with a joint release with Nintendo

(repost)Snakes DD: I fully expect margins to improve as they grow... The 2 Snakes locations + distribution have been supporting a good amount of overhead (including the EcoPr03 sub), for stuff like web design/maintaining thousands of products on the site, sales people that were getting the distribution segment going, accountants, lawyers, warehouses, etc, etc... but all of this infrastructure is in place now and capable of handling much more growth...

...and they are STILL turning a NET profit for 2 Q's in a row, after all of these startup/expansion expenses... Of course there will be additional expansion costs down the road, but for them to be able to support everything + turn a net profit, is impressive for the stage they are in... Frankly, i would not mind a small loss at this stage, even minor dilution, if it was used for rapid expansion.

2 Q's ago they collected $300,000 in NET profits on $1,500,000 in revenues... and now we are landing single orders that almost match that entire quarters revs.

A stready flow of sold financial reports are coming. This is the best time to find an emerging growth stock. All ya gotta do is be patient and let the seeds of prosperity grow.

Video tour of Snakes & Lattes:

The way the place is designed, its hard to see the size in a photo, but this video shows it well... and they pack this place often...

... and the new location will be even bigger/nicer/with more amenities, near the busiest foot traffic area in Canada...

#43159 RE: JJRuss #43110

Snakes DD: Board games are a $1.4 billion market (and growing) in the USA/Canada, before adding the rest of the world, which Snakes is already expanding into.... and no other distributor has the best place (Game Cafes/Bars) to test/launch/market a new game... and no other game cafe (Snakes copycat) has distribution, so they cant easily compete with our expansion potential.

An impressive game collection like Snakes has (3000+ games/location), would cost $XXX,XXX to purchase at retail, per location. Thats a hefty investment (on top of other startup expenses) if a competitor wants to start/expand game cafes... while Snakes gets their games BELOW wholesale (distributor level pricing), making it easier to expand....

As they add Snakes locations, their ability to secure additional exclusive deals in multiple countries, will grow... Each new location expands their UNIQUE marketing appeal to the game designers, whom already love Snakes! Just look at their comments/pictures online.

Also, each retailer they set up is a long term relationship for future games distribution... This is a very powerful aspect. As they start doing biz with more and more big retailers, it makes it easier for the designers to give them exclusivity.... and no doubt they will do biz with several major retailers eventually, because THEY CANT buy some of the most popular titles from anyone else in Canada ... and in other countries, soon.

All of these moving parts are working in synergy to promote and strengthen the brand across the board... Competing distributors better be nervous, cause I dont see any of them landing exclusivity, on ANY titles. That is the EARLY telltale sign of Snakes future dominance.

KNOW what you own. This is a life changer imo.... massive growth is taking place and they are already NET profitable before it, 2 quarters in a row.... Good luck finding another penny like it. They are thinkin BIG. As Roger would say...

(repost) Growth potential?!: There are so many moving parts that can dramatically impact the revenue, it's becoming more difficult to guesstimate... all I know, is that the revenue/profits are going to be A LOT higher than they have been.

Soon we can add marketing revenues to their locations... A single company like Nintendo could pay Snakes six figures per year to market in all three locations and since all the infrastructure is in place, along with the fact that the employees would be doing the same thing even if Nintendo wasn't there, it's pretty much all profit... and we could see a lot more of these types of marketing deals in the future.

Im confident the distribution side of the business will do eight figures by next year. This new retailer could be worth $5 million per year alone... if we convert the last order to US dollars it comes to about $1 million and this is for only one game... we have three other hot exclusive titles that have been announced and more are coming. Each one of these could be ordered (pending)... and it possible that they will buy nonexclusive games from us as well (Snakes has thousands of titles/expansions). It's possible they will do all of their game shopping through us now

Snakes is also expanding one of the most popular games of all time (Cards Against Humanity) into other countries, where it has never been available (virgin). This could be worth millions per year.

What about Cineplex? How many games will they be buying from us.... or EB games/GameStop? etc etc... with exclusivity, they have no choice but to buy some of the most popular titles through us

The Snakes locations will also bring in 8 figures by themselves... before #4 and #5

Roger even mentioned that some six-figure contracts are coming for interloc

Then there's the RotoGro joint venture which is just getting started... along with individual GZ contracts, which are likely coming soon. Some of these could be worth $500- $1 million each, either right away, or over time, as they expand

There's also the smaller GROzone unit which could start rolling out into hydroponic shops... this could be worth several million just from stocking shelves.

More Snakes locations, more exclusive game deals, more retailers, improving margins through bulk purchasing and sub distribution (economies of scale), bigger retail areas in future Snakes locations, marijuana edibles added to menu (already being planned), like I said, there are so many moving parts... but the amazing thing is, it's not just a bunch of hype, most all of these initiatives will grow and impact the numbers dramatically. These wheels are already in motion, it's not just a bunch of pennyland hype.

This could be a Billion+ dollar company one day. It has all the ingredients... It's not just another copycat company. They have exclusivity on some of the biggest games, patents pending on a one-of-a- kind system that could solve the MJ sectors #1 issue, they're the most successful/originators of the board game cafe concept and they are the only one that has its own distribution, which is key to reducing costs and improving margins for each location going forward...

For those that don't know, Snakes board game collection (3000 games/location) is worth 6 figures/location. This is a significant investment for a board game cafe, on top of building it. Especially if you have to buy each game at retail. Some of these games are $100! ... but not for Snakes. They get each game lower than wholesale (distributor pricing). This makes it very hard for anybody else to compete with us.

....and when Snakes sells games on their website and/or at the retail locations, they make a hefty profit, because they're collecting the FULL retail value, after purchasing the games at the lowest possible price. If they can grow the retail segment of the business, the profit margin's should improve nicely.... and there's more than enough proof to know that the table gaming demand is growing.

Every aspect of this company is in a prime situation to take advantage of multiple massive growth opportunities, within sectors that are growing rapidly themselves. Good luck finding another penny like this one.
