Agree with your assessment of the Q3 report. It will be interesting how the markets will react to the increased expenditure vs no revenue. Even if there is a CC doubt there will be any contract announcements until Li holds the open house at Lake Forest, so the Share Price could drop after the CC.
More opportunity for the accumulators.
