there's been a lot of chat today about RVUE as if it's already dissolved and it's not. in many cases during a reverse merger an entity is dissolved in the process.

points were made that merger docs would have to coincide closely with the dissolution - perhaps immediately prior to, or shortly thereafter. so i made the simple point we still have 5 days before the dissolution occurs, which is long enough for other steps in the process to occur, if in fact that's what's coming.

What does THAT sound like? Sounds like a break up letter to me.

August 7 is when it ends - and that IS in a specific statement.
