The company just Reinstated VGTL with New York state which had removed the short term "Cancellation Risk" completely due to its "SEC Reporting-Delinquent" status! A couple of years later VGTL might still have that risk. But before that we are 100% Safe to trade and invest in VGTL just like those Non-"SEC Reporting-Delinquent" peers (such as aftc and eipc etc.)! Also the company could bring VGTL back to normal filing status again or file the Key Form 15-12G to remove that kind of risk completely just like its Similar-SS OTCNI peers did!
