a lot became revealed recently that was not otherwise. migme is hedging on it's large financial backers. i believe if they wanted to fund the rest of the bridge loan they could do so via the power behind them, but spcl was to contribute and appears they didnt want to for some reason.
mig came to spcl not the other way around. they were looking for a strategic partner to get off the asx.
