Companies have reached that valuation with less going on than Dewmar. Sometimes it is more about PPS momentum than actually what the company should be worth. I did say "optimistic". I could be overshooting the target, but I do think it is possible to reach those levels if only for a brief time. It would take substantial developments from Dewmar to reach that price and stay there. One part of that equation would be a share buyback. They have stated that 100m shares have been bought back and they intend to buy 400m more. Another thing that factors in is that this qualifies as a cannabis play now. They can run to absurd levels because the emerging industry can create a hard to factor amount of wealth. People can inflate that value because it is hard to understand how much money there is to be made. One angle with this company is its ties with Walmart. If it can distribute MMJ products through Walmart pharmacies then it truly will emerge as a major player in the cannabis sector. Walmart is facing stiff competition from Amazon. The one thing it has over Amazon is brick and mortar stores. If cannabis stays stuck in a medicinal space for the foreseeable future, then distribution should be limited to physical points of sale. If Walmart enters the cannabis selling business, you know Marco will try to exploit his distribution connection with them to sell his MMJ products, or channel others to Walmart for a finder's fee. I know there are a lot of if's there, but that is the whole point in investing in companies that are in the pennies. It's all about what if they really come through and deliver. I like what has been revealed the last couple months and expect more positive growth from the company in the near future. This Thursday's conference call, and any PR's or financials leading up to or following it should be very informative as to what to expect.
