To the board. This isn't any kind of conspiracy or attempt to manipulate the price. Just two people, who don't know each other, looking for answers and options to what transpired the last week. I think what happened goes back to the first red day not just starting Friday when Mark Posted. The PR from the company stated he not only posted here but elsewhere as well. We just don't really know exactly what day was the first day Mark posted anywhere on this.
Did Mark attempt to manipulate the stock price or was he just stupid? What, if any, Fiduciary responsibility did he or didn't he have after he resigned. That's pretty much what our discussion would entail and do we have any options. I'm still looking into things.
