The merger is as good as done. Material terms have been agreed to (hence the lingo from Steve that it's 99.7% certain). In other words they've already baked the cake; now they're just putting on the icing and decorations.

if the merger is not completed. OMVS owns 66% of RAD.

Totally right. That 0.03% is what is making me really, really nervous now that the deadline is very close and nothing but "hints" to go on. Been in several OTC stocks that were driven by "hints" and guess what, one proved to stand behind what they "hinted". Go ahead y'all, blame me for being gun shy. You damn right I am until they deliver.
