I understand your concern but if you wait until a formal PR announcing the completion of the merger/acquisition, you'll be chasing into the .30's and .40's, perhaps even higher. To each his own though. Everyone has different levels of risk tolerance. The good thing here is that every statement they've made about future events so far has proven to be truthful.
Nothing wrong with your mindset just have to weigh your odds and research the people behind the statements. I've been in since rad was just a fly on the wall and I'm fairly heavy but going with my gut as my gut hasn't been wrong yet and I've fought the urge to sell even one share so far. With big risks comes big rewards some like risk some like less rewards. Too each their own ...
