They skip the OTC QB exchange and uplist right to the OTC QX if they have the .25 share price.

The audited financials are finished so my guess is they'll have to wait to get the .25 share price and the submission process could take about a month is what I've read. End of August maybe?

As soon as audit is done (or within that same week) ... we will uplist to OTCQB for sure ... but at the rate of increase we will probably skip it and go straight to OTCQX

Audit should be done this month if I am correct?
