P&P, As the pics indicated there has been significant work done at the site,. There is still prep work underway however of course they will need plenty of employees for the operation. I'd guess it be a bit early to see hiring, interviews maybe.

You may not find what you are looking for as regards to union employment. If I am not mistaken, California only has approx 18-22% unionized work force, and even less in the construction industry. I am from that field, and even though I can bid on union scale projects, I chose the freedom of not being in a union. The main reason is because I am the CEO/Pres. and I like the flexibility of a bit less regulation, and government mandated pay scales, etc.

During my next visit in three or four weeks, I will ask if hiring has started, and if not when.
