Not reading it correctly at all. It's not that it takes 6 months for SOU. All needed is to send in specimens for proof of use.

It reads that you HAVE a 6 month timeframe to do it or ask for an extension if you don't do it within that timeframe.

Only takes a couple weeks once you're ready to upload specimens.

We're witnessing it. Move aggressively? LOL...The only aggressive moves he makes are securing huge toxic loans so he can fill his pockets, create monster dilution, and let the converters tank the PPS to a level where a recovery is not a remote possibility.
