If I read this correctly, an SOU must be filed before a registration certificate can be issued, and it can take upwards of 6 months to file for an SOU. If CEO follows his MOU, he will wait 6 mos before doing anything as he files an SOU, probably 6 mos from now, and then he'll wait for the registration certificate. Why he continues to wait before doing anything makes no business sense in this fast moving world of technology and media. If he wants to make his company a takeover target, he will have to complete the SOU and registration first. IMO this company needs to move aggressively, something he hasn't done to date
