According to the email shown on the main page, Tony promised "finaliz" financials, regular updates, a website with announcements, etc. 4.5 months ago.
None of those have happened. At this point it's accurate to say that whatever Tony has been, it has not been "honest".
No idea what "summer market" is supposed to mean. But this company has missed 3 years of financials, which means 3 years of: spring, summer, fall, winter markets have passed with him doing absolutely nothing, so seasonality could never qualify as an excuse here.
