Summer Market is a well known term, it means many people sell out of the market in May and come back in Sept. I've stated my opinions and that is what they are, you are welcome to your own but I'm not going to debate anybody.
Not only has he been late on the things promised, he hasnt been the "honest and transparent" guy he promised to be. Posting his contact everywhere yet I've not been able to get him on the phone/email/twitter for over a month.
