Wow, nice information. It would make complete sense at this time. Since Roger is obviously hot on OTCQX, and is one to line up his ducks in a row. I'm certain he knows the path to get there. So, if he wanted to uplist prior to the end of the year, he has got it all lined up.

From the audit perspective, the audit firm that was identified as being selected in the 5/30/17 update is an excellent global firm - RBSM LLP.

Interesting read on the OTC website! I would be interested to hear more on that statement "Submit a Letter of Introduction from an OTCQX Sponsor"

As all of the other requirements are "NOT be" or "MUST be"?!?! Kind of odd the wording on that particular one...

I LOVE the VERY true sentiment about .25 being the "launch pad" -- GOING UP!! Makes perfect sense!

Furthermore, talk about divi-shares, up-listing, and other "bailing" points for investors as we climb are silly...Roger knows that ONCE we are given/granted/guaranteed our shares, OR hit the QX/.25, some people will think it is time to "cash-in"!!! To each there own, I think that is when the real deals/promos/dollars come, as Roger/Amfil will be prepared & hit em with the "POWER"!! TURN & BURN ;-)

Dude lol....I believe you are correct. I had a hunch when we traded 8s so long...If i find another stock like this oneday ill add a motherload..Ive noticed this with cimpanies based outside the U.S...

If AMFE's recent move higher wasn't from a sponsor, that makes the move all the more impressive!

If it was all retail money pushing AMFE higher on this last move, can you imagine when institutional investment steps in.

Additionally, if AMFE doesn't have a sponsor yet, I see no reason why they won't receive one. The company has certainly demonstrated through its actions over the past year that they are a profitable emerging company with tremendous growth prospects.

Excellent writeup, when we get institutional investing coming in, we will know because of volume, it will also dramatically increase the PPS, having a sponsor is big step towards that. Maybe we find out by tomorrow if we do have that sponsor. imo
