#113216 RE: mauismart #113213

Maui greetings and I'm just a retail investor since 2015; not a scientist nor a financial advisor, and without a doubt please only invest what you can afford to lose, naturally.

I've enjoyed the banter here for awhile and simply wanted to outline my rationale for holding long at this point; just my personal thesis based on all of the presentations and interviews and sec filings and abstracts that have been streaming out from the company over the last 12-18 months.

Yes I've a bias to the long side; while plenty of others choose to emphasize mainly the negatives.

Could disappointing results/data be released at any moment to send the share price much lower? Of course

Do biotech executives with significant share holdings have a risk of confirmation bias and possibly overstate positives? Of course

Do we have complete trial data and individual dosage/ results? Nope

On Wall Street, is the deck stacked in the favor of small companies with large retail ownership that are taking on big pharma giants and their PhD researchers (who are likely reluctant to admit Anavex has the promise that they've yet to achieve)? Of course not

All things to keep in mind as well as you make your investment decisions. Have a good weekend!
