Thanks for taking the extra step here with AHFD. I was going to treat it as a "Lotto Play" until more was going to be released from the company, but I might have to reconsider and turn it up a notch based on what you have posted.

With the OS being 4.3 billion shares and the CEO buying 2.5 billion shares, it would only make sense that he has done so to obtain control of the company, create a non-dilutive special preferred share or shares, and then retire the 2.5 billion shares back to the Treasury of shares within the Authorized Shares (AS)... or at least that's what I would do since it's very evident that he is not going to be selling those 2.5 billion shares.

Something solid might be brewing here. Thanks again.

been a while since you have last commented here. back in '17 you seemed to be comfortable with this shell. after reading many of your posts since this particular one, wouldn't one think the possibility that someone or multiple individuals have either defrauded investors or were down right incompetent. either way at his point wouldn't you agree that either fraud, misrepresentation, pure negligence, has occurred here both in regards to the companies dealings with the SEC and also the distinct possibility that further investigation into whether out right theft, fraud has occurred that should have been investigated also by local, state, and national law enforcement? Manos, Gates, Griffin, with continuing cover by Kropf, Morales, and now Lavin? Lavin is ghost figure. if everything has been on the up and up, why does this silence and anonymity continue to this date?
back in early 2015 this company was introduced to me by a local San Diego man who has since deceased? My gut feeling is he was one of several that were involved in so called pending merger that was or in the process of going sour dumping shares on others with hype speak of merger. Manos words from a couple of days ago "AHFD has been exhausted".
